PRIME: One stroke inside the wrist before each task. About three on an average day. PERFORM: 1 to 2 drops, one drop per stone, once a day. Let it soak for a minute, then wear. Not on skin. UNWIND: One spray into the air, on your sheets or on your clothes, to close the day. Let it dry. Not on skin, face, pillow or towel.
